IT Business Analyst with a focus on application management

Responsibilities:

  • Advising service departments to identify their process needs and potential improvements
  • Define requirements for modifying existing systems or introducing new solutions
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are clear, complete, documented, and processed correctly
  • Support in the integration of new technologies into existing processes as well as consulting for new processes
  • Support in the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards and reporting
  • Tracking the latest trends and best practices in the fields of work
  • Administrative activities in application operation
  • Preparation of documentation and training materials, as well as internal workshops to support employees

 

Your profile:

  • You have an apprenticeship or a degree in the field of (business) informatics or have comparable qualifications
  • Good understanding of invoice assignment terms, principles, and practices
  • Overall understanding of business processes and their interaction with the specialist departments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate new technologies and systems in understandable terminology to specialist departments
  • Experience with data warehouse and PowerBI design
  • Good knowledge of database system (preferably MySQL)
  • Good knowledge of project management and implementation of complex projects
  • Ideally, experience in the field of cloud technologies (preferably with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments)
  • You enjoy working in a team and are happy to contribute your ideas and impulses
  • Good written and spoken English skills
